Order Processing Time

All orders for our premium ceramic mugs are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility. Each mug is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill orders domestically within the United States to ensure efficient and safe delivery.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility located in the United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no handling or additional delivery fees applied at checkout.

Tax Information

  • Sales Tax: Since we ship domestically within the United States, no international customs duties apply. However, applicable Sales Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination and local state laws.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email.

Delays & Fragile Item Support

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions or carrier delays. Please Note: If your ceramic mug arrives damaged or broken due to transit, please contact us immediately at support@traz.shop with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
